A Wellness Program is a three or six month package of care. This package of care includes doctor visits, lab testing, lifestyle support and education and nutritional supplements. If hormone replacement prescriptions are indicated, they will be prescribed/billed through your insurance.

Real health transformation requires dedication and a willingness to make lasting lifestyle changes. In the early stages, this journey requires frequent medical care and support– which cannot be achieved in just one or two visits. We offer all-inclusive Wellness Program pricing, so that your doctor visits, lab testing, lifestyle support and education, and nutritional supplements are already covered, allowing you to focus entirely on your health. This integrative, comprehensive model allows us to partner with you much more closely than a traditional healthcare model.

In your discovery call, we’ll explore whether working together is the right fit for your goals. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, learn how our approach is different from what you’ve experienced before, and gain clarity about what to expect moving forward–so you can step into the process with confidence.
-
Before your Wellness Consultation, you'll complete a set of health history forms, allowing us to thoroughly review your background in advance. During the hour-long Wellness Consultation, we'll go over your medical history, symptoms and health goals. Then, we’ll discuss if one of our Wellness Programs is a good fit for you. After you enroll in a Wellness Program, we will order a comprehensive set of labs and schedule your next followup visit. The cost of your Wellness Consult will be applied to any Wellness Program investment.
-
We begin by taking a deep dive into your current state of health at the Wellness Consult. Then, depending on which Wellness Program is a good fit for you, we order comprehensive lab testing to evaluate hormone levels, nutritional balance, organ health, stress response, and potential risk factors for chronic conditions. During your first Wellness Program visit, we’ll review your lab results and design a customized treatment plan built around your specific needs. This may include nutrition/stress/lifestyle education, pharmaceutical grade supplements, and hormone replacement therapy. Then, we’ll have frequent followup visits & repeat your labs to closely monitor your progress and make adjustments to your treatment plan if needed.
